I had two interviews with recruiters, I imagine one was junior and the other senior. Then, I had an interview with the project manager and two final technical interviews with project members (one from India and the other from the Philippines). Unfortunately, after investing so much time, they made me a salary offer significantly lower than my current salary at my company. I find this absurd and disrespectful, especially since I communicated my salary expectations from the beginning. I don't know if they thought I would eventually say: "Yes, that's fine, I'll go with you for 40% less than I currently earn just for being Oracle." A complete disappointment.
