Pros: The OFSS Chennai office is in the middle of the city. This is the only pro I have seen.
Cons: The OFSS entity, which is part of Oracle India, has no process and professionalism. Managers don't know what Agile Methodology is, and they are so rude. Tasks are still tracked on an Excel sheet. There's no learning and no monetary benefits either.
