Decent work. Average perks. Horrible managers
Depends on the kind of work you get.
Oracle used to take over great product companies and try to bring them to their cloud array of products. Normally, a better chunk of work is captured by foreigners, and not that much is passed on to Indians. But if you manage to get the good work, it is decent.
Horrible managers. No idea how they managed to get these managers who are good in leading an "Indian team."
