I was interviewed on various DevOps tools and was asked to write code using shell and Python.
I was also asked questions based on databases, and I wrote a few stored procedures.

Pros: My pay is good. Everybody gets unlimited time off. No approval is needed for travel. There's no clear limit for meal expense in travel.
Cons: Lack of talented engineers, no innovation, layoffs happen a lot, projects change a lot, and we are not doing well in the cloud business.
