Work in Eloqua is really challenging
Principal Software Engineer • Current Employee
Hyderābād, Telangana, India
March 27, 2016
Pros: I recently joined Oracle Eloqua. The work at Eloqua is challenging, and the salary offered to me is very good.
I used to think that Oracle couldn't pay the salary I expected, but Oracle surprised me by offering a salary on par with other startups.
However, to pay highly, Oracle has certain checkpoints on the quality of hire, which are very difficult to get through.
I get to work on Core Product Development in Java.
Cons: Rumors in the market that Oracle can't pay. But that's a myth. If you are deserving, you will be paid.
