Interaction with teams and the Director.
This is more of an informal problem-solving and exploratory format than a grilling technical interview. The process typically includes:
- First, you meet members from multiple candidate teams to see what might be a good fit for you and them.
- Then, there is usually a more drawn-out, slightly more technical interview with two or three members.
- Lastly, you interact with management to finish.

Cons: While they say to get training, you are never given the time to do it. The team was so small we never could get the training. Raises are pretty much non-existent.
