Pros: 1. Good work-life balance.
2. Typical product-focused company.
3. A very big MNC with offices all over the world.
4. Many employee engagement activities (fun, sports/games, cultural events, etc.).
5. Work-from-home options for many teams/BUs, based on manager approvals.
6. Many training programs conducted by internal and external people.
7. Chance to work with multicultural/regional people.
8. Free gym.
Cons: 1. Pay is not competitive with the market.
2. There is a large difference and inconsistency in pay for people with the same experience in the same job profiles. There is also less pay when compared with newly joined people, even though they are less experienced for the same job profile.
3. Slow development, not much challenging work.
4. No hike or a very small hike.
5. No transport (Only MMTS shuttles and home drop cabs are available from 8 pm).
6. No free lunch.
