Process

Initially, candidates will be screened through an aptitude test, followed by two to three technical rounds, and finally one HR round.

Around 300 people attended from our college.

The selection process comprises three stages:

Stage 1: Aptitude test. Stage 2: Technical interview. Stage 3: Second technical interview. Stage 4: Behavioral interview.

The aptitude test is an online multiple-choice test assessing basic coding skills, basic computer knowledge, and engineering aptitude.

Each stage is an elimination round.

Aptitude Test:

  1. Quantitative: 10 questions (10 minutes, very easy).
  2. Computer basics: Study ADA.
  3. Flowcharts: Questions can be answered on-site.
  4. Quick table matching: 10 questions (10 minutes).
  5. English: Short passage questions.
  6. Coding skills: 40 minutes, 20 questions (Data structures, concentrating on Trees and other concepts).

Questions

They asked questions about trees and linked lists. Even though I answered with an O(n^2) complexity solution, they were expecting a solution with O(n log n) complexity. That part was very difficult.
