Pros: Terrific environment. Employees are constantly challenged to learn new products, technologies, etc. Never a dull moment. Work-life balance is fantastic.
Cons: Not as much opportunity for growth. If you enjoy what you are doing, that is certainly helpful. Most moves within the company are considered 'lateral' and are compensated accordingly.
