1st Round - Tech + Aptitude (It was easy and consisted of logical reasoning, verbal and non-verbal, and simple OOPs, RDBMS concepts)
2nd Round - Technical Interview (Prepare your project well and also basic subjects like DS, OS, Networks, etc.)
3rd Round - HR Interview (Prepare well for this round too, as it is very important)

Pros: Good for people who like to work like in any govt job. Good time pass. Don't have to use one's brains. Free cab.
Cons: Not for career-oriented, growth-oriented people.
No hike. Biased management. Work is not appreciated. There is no transparency in the system. Laid-back attitude of the whole hierarchy.
Not recommended for experienced people who like to contribute and grow with the team. No professionalism.
