Pros: Good Work Culture. If you are in the product side, e.g., Flexcube, NextGen, Flexcube consulting.
Apart from Prime Source (Service group of Oracle).
No restriction for in/out timing. Free bus services.
Cons: Unfortunately, a lot of these days… Politics, almost no hikes (they even deduct variables also).
Management is rude and unable to retain projects (0 new projects). Projects are moving slowly to Cognizant, TCS, Wipro like companies.
