Pros: Relative work-life balance.
But it depends on the person. You can do a lot of projects if you want to, but the bonus does not scale.
Cons: Limited learning experience if you do not push yourself.
Bad upper-level management, which results in a major waste of employee effort.
Lots of cancelled projects and layoffs.
