Process

The interview was very tough yet interesting. I was asked both technical and analytical questions.

There were a total of 3 rounds.

All rounds were with a group panel and were techno-managerial, including technical and IQ questions.

It was a positive experience. I received and accepted the offer.

The HR representative was very friendly. This is a dream company that one can always aspire to join.

Although I was offered positions by two other companies, I selected Oracle.

And it's not all work; there are many social activities and clubs. You can always approach someone who will be willing to help. It really is a Great Place to Work!

Cons: As in all large companies, it is difficult to get a raise or promotion, because it requires many approvals and you really have to demonstrate that your abilities are superior.
