You have the right amount of time and flexibility for family or other hobbies.
Cons: The majority hoarders at Oracle try to use you and block your growth, rather than guide you and enable your growth. After some time, you tend to follow them. It is difficult to always do the right thing.
If you are part of a project without "strategic initiatives" or without budget, then life is relaxed and there is no personal or technical growth involved.
