Pros

From a job security perspective, it's a good place to stay. It offers not-bad welfare, such as outing activities and a social club. You have flexible working time, and you have paid annual leave. Most bosses I've met are nice.

Cons

The workload is high, the tasks always need to be marked as urgent, and you may be pushed again and again. This causes the quality of the delivery to not be as good as expected. Besides that, I didn't feel the enterprise culture to encourage innovation.

Furthermore, the company lacks an incentive plan for the R&D team, so the turnover rate of personnel is pretty high.

Advice to Management

Encourage innovation, improve the quality of software, and build a more attractive culture for talent. Give them more opportunities to demonstrate their abilities.
