Process

There are four levels of interviews: two technical and two managerial (one manager and one director).

The first interview is generally conducted by a technical member of the team. Questions typically cover Java fundamentals and technologies such as JSP, Servlets, JMS, JNDI, JDBC, Oracle, and application servers like Weblogic.

This round usually includes one or two puzzles that require applying algorithms or logic.

They value candidates and treat them well, often asking if you need water or if you are relaxed.

In the second level of interview, you will generally be asked to design a system, including both database structure and class diagrams. This round is tougher than the first one. Once you clear this round, you are sure to get an offer.

The third and fourth rounds focus on understanding your reasons for changing jobs and judging your overall capabilities beyond coding.
