Pros: People are really good, and some managers are great. But the problem comes with company policies: no benefits and no events. It just works like an old school company.

Cons: 1. No job satisfaction. 2. Legacy products. 3. Zero innovation. 4. They don't care about employees. No benefits. 5. No career progression. No hikes with promotion. Even if there is, it will be peanuts. 6. Huge difference in pay between people working at the same level in the same team. If someone joined 3 years back and is promoted to the next level but with no hike, and if they hire a new person in the same team, the pay difference will be very huge, more than 50 or 100%.

Pros: Cool place to work, not much pressure.

Cons: There is no regular hike cycle. Unless you show an offer letter, you would not generally get a hike. Even if you get one, it is very limited to 4-8%.

Pros: Good work, good communication skills, good pay.

Cons: Slow deployment, micromanagement, bad decision-making.
