Process

The process has 3 technical rounds and 1 managerial round. You will be eligible for the next round only if you qualify the previous round. The process was smooth and completed within a week. If you get selected, they will get back to you on the same day.

Questions

The tech round concentrated on C++ and OOPs concepts. Questions on data structures, mostly linked lists, were also asked. However, this again depends on the interviewer.

Cons: A lot of talk, but no vision. Everything is thrown at the wall, and whatever sticks is promoted as a vision that no one else could have seen. Reviews are a joke, not tied to raises, stocks, or bonuses. If you are working for a company that gets bought by Oracle, expect it to be short-lived. Just long enough for it to be sucked dry. Motto: Get into a company and milk it. This goes for customers too.
