There were a total of 4 rounds:

• 3 tech rounds:
  • General tech round
  • HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics
  • Tech round (detailed) and System design problem
• Managerial round

I cleared all rounds and received a call from the manager to discuss the package. The HR also called to discuss the same.

After waiting for a month, I did not hear back. It would be appreciated by any candidate, after clearing all rounds and discussing package details, to know if the company is unsure about their decision rather than being kept waiting.

This was one of the most unprofessional processes from a company with such a high reputation.

I hope they can improve their communication, or else they will lose out on good candidates due to their unprofessionalism.
