Process
Met at a job fair and was immediately asked to do an interview.
I did not like the interview; the interviewer was super preachy.
He was looking for candidates who volunteered or donated based on the goodness of their heart, not to get something out of it.

- 4.0Great Co-Op ProgramSoftware Developer Co-Op • Former EmployeeMorrisville, North Carolina, United StatesJuly 28, 2018Pros: Really great Co-op program at the Morrisville office. The team was fantastic to work with, and everyone was open to answering questions and sharing. I didn't really have a mentor, but the whole team kind of played that role. Management also had bi-weekly meetings with us just to check in.Cons: They went through some re-orgs, which weren't fun, but that happens.
