Pros: Really great Co-op program at the Morrisville office. The team was fantastic to work with, and everyone was open to answering questions and sharing. I didn't really have a mentor, but the whole team kind of played that role. Management also had bi-weekly meetings with us just to check in.

Cons: They went through some re-orgs, which weren't fun, but that happens.

Pros: Good work-life balance in this field.

Cons: Could use some more mentoring.

Pros: Decent benefits, opportunities for bonuses.

Cons: There is a culture of cheating on certification examinations; employees are tacitly encouraged to seek out test dumps before taking cert tests. Upper management only wants to see the certification percentage increase, regardless of the actual skill of the employees. Certifications that are supposed to require 2 years of experience before completion are expected to be obtained in 6 months or less, and it still affects bonuses. There is a very political atmosphere between organizations within the company, almost like competing against different companies.
