Really great Co-op program at the Morrisville office.
The team was fantastic to work with, and everyone was open to answering questions and sharing.
I didn't really have a mentor, but the whole team kind of played that role.
Management also had bi-weekly meetings with us just to check in.
They went through some re-orgs, which weren't fun, but that happens.
Met at a job fair and was immediately asked to do an interview. I did not like the interview; the interviewer was super preachy. He was looking for candidates who volunteered or donated based on the goodness of their heart, not to get something out
I just got scheduled for a 1-hour interview call from Oracle for next week. I don't know if anyone has had their interview with Oracle recently and can give me a guide on which parts I should brush up on.
Each team in the Morrisville office has its own interview process. The internal cloud team focuses on networking skills and team fit. The microservices team asks simple whiteboarding questions, OOP questions, and "Do you know Docker/Kubernetes/etc.?"
