Pros: Stable company, interesting products and technologies. They hire very talented developers and motivated sales people. Great for those who are ambitious.

Cons: American-based, where they easily forget satellite and remote workers even exist. Large organizations where managers look to build empires, focusing decisions and solutions on short-term gains, and credit is taken for others' work. Don't help others in such an organization, as there is nothing in it for you, and nothing lasts very long, even goodwill.

Pros: Good WLB, engineers are generally nice to each other.

Cons: Micromanagement. I get calls all the time during work hours for the smallest things. Management still grasps hard onto the old "VM for everything" mindset while liking to shout "CLOUD" and not giving any real resources. Pay growth is only based on external market conditions, not company profit. Even though the company made record profit, only peanuts are distributed. You are better off just finding a new job if you want any meaningful promotion.

Pros: It has great benefits and pay, and I like the products.

Cons: Enterprise ladder and communication loss from the huge organization's size.
