India Oracle Support center is very bad
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
June 8, 2021
Pros: Nothing. Support people are completely ignored by the organization. No hike, no money. Only work, work, work. No career growth. Zero career growth.
Cons: India Support Center never gives hikes. India support managers are scared to talk with their US managers. Most managers are head-nodding for all. If a US manager says 2+2=10, then these India guys agree to it and applaud them. There is no money in support; if they give it, it will be 2.1 or 1.8%. Jesus bless the poor people who are still believing there is a hike and waiting, waiting for their peanuts even after 5 years.
