Two weeks ago, I attended an interview at Oracle Financial for a PL/SQL Developer position. I cleared both the technical and manager rounds.

After the interview, the manager took me to the HR person and asked him to initiate the HR discussion.

The HR representative simply replied that he would conduct the final HR round via telephone in a couple of days.

I didn't receive any updates even after two weeks, so I called the HR representative.

He answered the call and, before I could ask for any details, stated that I had not cleared the manager round and terminated the call.

I was surprised by his response, especially since the manager who interviewed me had confirmed that I cleared the interview.

I did not expect this from a company like Oracle.
