Pros: At Oracle, I had the chance to work on complex, global systems with talented engineers from around the world. The company invests in solid engineering practices, scalability, and performance. I also appreciated the mentorship, career growth opportunities, and access to cutting-edge cloud technologies.
Cons: Because it’s a large organization, decision-making and deployments could sometimes be slow. Processes were well-defined but occasionally rigid, which made experimentation a bit harder compared to smaller, more agile environments.
