Pros: Worked there as a developer. Overall, I found engineers to be motivated, conscientious, and very smart. I had exposure to many technologies. Benefits were very good.

Cons: At times, though, getting much-needed resources, going through processes, and getting approvals in place was very difficult and slow. I found the environment to be extremely political.

Pros: Flexible hours. Work From Home available.

Cons: Work is real bad. It eats your career alive and makes you lazy. You will get lost in a huge hierarchy. Seniors are engaged in themselves, with no pep talks on how to shape your career. Managers and everybody is so laid back. Peers will try to overshadow you. There's no point-to-point conversation on what is expected, no real goals, let alone clear understanding. Everybody is just passing the day, and people in the US get to have real credit. Promotions and hikes are things you are forbidden to ask. It's a company for retired people. Moto: Do less work, we won't say anything, and keep your mouth shut. No growth. Period.
