They have two rounds of interviews.

The second round involves a panel of other managers who will ask questions and evaluate candidates.
During the second round, they will ask theoretical questions and present some simple whiteboard coding tasks.
Unfortunately, I wasted my time with Oracle. Despite answering almost all of their questions correctly and successfully solving two out of three coding tasks, I was rejected.
One thing worth mentioning is that Oracle Prague operates more like a local company, as almost all of their employees are locals or Czechs. Therefore, it is highly probable that I was rejected because of my nationality. To add insult to the injury, when I asked for feedback to identify my weak areas, they sent an email stating that I have poor knowledge in all areas. This is particularly surprising given that I have been a developer for over three years and have worked with international companies. This behavior is unexpected from a prestigious company like Oracle, even if it's in Europe.
Overall, the problem with this company is not the coding or theory questions, but rather their attitude.
As a developer who understands the pain other developers go through during every job search, I am sharing this review to save other developers time.
If you are Czech, they might hire you because they act like a local Czech company, not like an American company that hires people from all over the world and respects diversity.
