Applied through the career fair and had a phone screen with some technical questions.
It wasn't too difficult, just what you would expect from a technical phone screen.
Oracle was very nice and on top of things, but I do feel like the entire interview process was rushed.

Pros: Work-life balance is great. While joining, ask for a good package; they will mostly provide one.
Cons: No hikes, mostly once in 2-3 years. So, join when you have a very good package and are looking for a stable company.
