Great Pay, Terrible Management & No Upward Mobility
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Redwood City, California, United States
June 15, 2020
Pros: Competitive initial offer.
Doesn't require a lot of time/effort commitment.
Cons: Huge technical debt built over decades, with new employees being forced to work on a monolithic codebase with little to no advice as to how to navigate it.
People are so sucked into their work that any meetings that exist for fun group events are rarely attended.
