Pros: I really enjoyed how Oracle valued each and every one of their employees. I was allowed to ask any questions, and they helped ease a lot of my concerns.
I loved the work I did at Oracle. I was given a project and was given tasks just like any other full-time member.
Cons: Some of the downsides of working at Oracle were that there was less organization and too much freedom. Because of this, when it came to mentors and buddies, it wasn't enforced that they contact us on time, and I got into contact really late.

Pros: The intern program is solid here.
It does depend a lot on your manager and mentor, but the intern team does their best to make the experience as engaging and educational as possible.
They let you get hands-on with code and make a real impact on the code.
There's a good executive speaker series for interns.
Cons: It's tough if your team isn’t as good, which I guess is true everywhere.
