I applied online, and a recruiter sent me an email for a quick phone screen. It literally lasted about 10 minutes.
Following that, the hiring manager called for a phone interview. They said they would let me know either way within the next few days, but it took over a month to reject me.
The phone screen was your typical screen, and the hiring manager asked more in-depth questions about my experience.
