Super short. I was contacted by an executive recruiter who was great.
He painted the picture of the opportunity and laid out all the facts.
Then a phone call with the SVP who would be my manager.
Then three 45-minute in-person meetings at HQ.
The in-person meetings were very pleasant and conveyed a very "real" feel.
