Based on OBDX team (Mumbai) experience:
- Good entry package and good Saturday working allowance.
- Lots of learning sites with free access, like LinkedIn Learning, O'Reilly, and Oracle University, plus free Oracle certifications.
- Cool managers and helpful teammates.
- Low office politics, though it still depends on the team.
- Good office infrastructure and canteen.
- Good job security.
- Free gym in the office.
- Good brand name.
- Fixed salary and yearly bonus.
- Good insurance policies.
Based on OBDX team (Mumbai) experience:
- Untimely appraisals or low salary hikes.
- Work on bad and boring technologies and tools.
- High work pressure in most of the teams.
- No onsite opportunities.
Please use good technologies. Provide on-time salary hikes.
