Provides a rather stress-free environment, a somewhat fair salary, and the work is not that complex.
Too much office politics, unusual policies, low hikes, no or little bonus. They wait until the project end date and then rush you like hell.
Pay more heed to your resources. I hope you realize soon that almost everyone here is either on notice period or plotting to resign.
