My latest experience at Oracle
I was provided with the necessary hardware and software tools for the performance of my role. Additionally, I received ongoing training and the support of my colleagues.
The offered salary was reduced by the monthly Infonavit payment charge (-40%), and I no longer felt very comfortable with what I was earning. The salary would never increase, nor would the position. The option was to train for another area and apply within the same company. The skills acquired in Oracle would hardly get me a new position in another company.
