Great people, great technology, and an innovative culture.
Culture can be toxic: constant infighting and people sabotaging each other's deals. No yearly salary increments.
People need to be motivated more with yearly increases and additional benefits, e.g., stock options.
I was simply asked about work authorization. Even though I had worked in India as an intern, they rejected me. I tried to talk with them about contract roles or anything else, but I wasn't even considered for the next round.
First telephonic round. Duration: 30 minutes. Covered C++ basics and OOPS concepts. Then F2F (face-to-face) interviews. Four rounds (the last round was non-technical). Again, stresses on C++, OOPS, and STL concepts. A little bit of database concepts
The first round was a standard coding assessment. The second round was an interview with an engineer who asked me about my past projects. He seemed to be testing me to see if I knew how to use technical buzzwords.
