First telephonic round. Duration: 30 minutes. Covered C++ basics and OOPS concepts.
Then F2F (face-to-face) interviews. Four rounds (the last round was non-technical). Again, stresses on C++, OOPS, and STL concepts. A little bit of database concepts were also covered.

Pros: Flexible work time. We can work from home and save valuable time away from terrible traffic.
Also, we have lots of projects here.
Cons: It's hard to keep pace with modern technologies. Things need to be discussed or put on hold for a very long time. When you totally forget why you started and what you've done so far, the project starts again. You have to adopt this: pick one thing to work on for several days or weeks, then it hangs there, waiting for high-level/senior-level discussion for months.
No salary raise for almost 2 years.
