Flexibility! Technology is good. Namesake Promotions.
Horrible salaries. No bonus, no increase, no appreciation. Too big. Everybody should have their own group to come up in the career. Management does not give a !!! if you are not happy. It is like a government job. Promotions are for namesake. No money with promotions.
You will not retain competitive people if you don't care for them. I would not recommend anybody other than for people who want to work from home for 50% less than market value.
