Flexible, but compensation is lacking
Flexibility allows telecommuting. It offers a relatively low-stress working environment. Working hours are flexible, and project timelines are generous. The product release cycle has been extended.
Compensation is not up to standard. The ESPP program is extremely bad, where we only get a 5% discount off stock, but they keep our money for 6 months. Bonuses are poor, and no stock options are given to employees. A hiring freeze has our department extremely lean. The company is becoming so large with the acquisitions of different companies.
Management needs to focus more on making employees happy.
