Market salary, great working conditions. Also, the opportunity to build a career. Good health & dental insurance.
Salary increases are slow, and salary bands don't move for people already inside the company. Also, some other similar-sized companies seem to have other extra compensations we don't, such as a Christmas bonus and a holiday bonus.
Keep up the salary for people.
