I work for the Platform side of the OCI division. The collaboration across teams is really amazing, and I feel like I'm working for a best-in-class company.
Aggressive deadlines, sometimes heavy on operations. If you are working on Tier-0 services, work-life balance is a little hard. Management is working on relieving some of the operations work burden. OCI is a growing org and will see lots of changes and improvements during their learning process.
