There is a basic test to sort candidates out at the start. If you are comfortable with C++ and know a bit about trees and similar data structures, this test should be a cakewalk. The technical interview was one of the easiest I've had at an IT firm

The interview process consisted of 2 phone interviews, followed by an on-campus interview, and lastly an onsite interview. The last round had a few technical questions to be answered via a technical presentation. The entire process took about 3 month

HR contact coordinated the process. Multiple phone interviews were conducted between personnel on the East Coast, West Coast, and Mexico.
