Great work culture, where you are given as many opportunities as you want to grab. You can work independently and generally you are not under pressure, so you can very well utilize your creativity in your work. I felt I had ample time for my family while working with Oracle, though I was one of the best performers in my team. This makes Oracle my favorite company!

Sometimes you may feel that you have slow growth.

I think identifying people with exceptional talent and providing them very fast growth is one thing that I would like to advise to upper management. This is extremely necessary if you want to best utilize your most talented resources.
