Good team to work with.
Good learning experience.
No cons for the company. Everything is good.
Participated in interview drives. First round was on Java: * OOPS concepts with examples * String immutability and String pool * Concurrent HashMap implementation * Coding question: Find the index where the left-hand sum equals the right-hand sum.
Multiple rounds and basic questions were asked. Most were straightforward and situation-based. Basics of PeopleSoft were asked in the first round. In later rounds, there were tricky questions and questions on advanced topics.
The interviewer had good technical knowledge and grilled much on the foundations. The HR questioned more on the ethics and other perspectives.
