No reasonable pay hikes and bonus. Many people are leaving the company with pay scales significantly lower than the market average for the same skillset.
Hardware engineer experience does matter. Management just throws experienced engineers into the background and focuses on hiring new grads from Stanford with a much better pay scale. If no changes are made to this attitude, the company is going to suffer the consequences in the long run.
