I got a good opportunity to work in my SUITE8 Team. We will get freedom to learn other technologies, and there are so many certifications. If we wish, we can do them.
It is very tough to change into another project within an organization, though you ask for a change from your manager. Hikes are also not that good. Whoever is getting into the company should ask for a more substantial hike at the time of entry.
