A female can manage both home and office, but there's no learning, no growth in my team.
No learning and boring work
The manager has no work, and the team member can manage everything. I'm not sure why they hire and pay them.
The interview was so rude. I couldn't tolerate the way the Technical Panel spoke. On top of that, there was so much pressure from expectations. Absolutely, this is not the way to conduct an interview.
It was a good but slow process. It took around 30 days to receive the offer. We had one telephonic round, then one face-to-face round, and a final US manager round. Everything was related to your current work, your tasks, and your approach and thou
For QA, the interview was mostly managerial and less technical. I had to speak with my Manager, Sr. Manager, Director, and VP. They asked very few technical questions. It was mostly a test of attitude. I had one technical round, and it was quite easy
