Great learning repository, like LinkedIn Learning and Oracle University. The contents and resources are unlimited in all areas.

No hikes in salary every year. I spent 4 years with just a 2k increment. You get the maximum at the time of joining. No exposure to non-Oracle technologies (e.g., AWS, frameworks, Azure). Managers are masters here. Never observed any role of HR, except for your exit interview. I never got a chance to interact with my HR.

Make employee growth policies more robust and clear.

Make the HR role more clear and give some power to HR.

Put some audits on managers; they behave like godfathers.

Listen to employees on a quarterly or yearly basis and take action on their feedback.
