- A wide spectrum of technologies, though it depends on the team.
- Lot of options to learn: Free courses from LinkedIn Learning, Safari Online, Oracle University, etc.
- Unlimited work from home. Again, this depends on the team. It was virtually unlimited on my team.
- No micromanagement. Most pressure is absorbed by the manager.

Low increment in salary. I joined two years back. Got salary incremented only once (for all members in the team), and that too in low single digits.

Sometimes, I feel bored at the office. Maybe because too many people work from home.

No free meals, but coffee, biscuits, and all Coca-Cola products are free in the pantry.
An increment according to inflation is highly required once a year.
